Disgusted
When I initially picked up my rental everything seemed fine. I made it to class no problem. Later that evening upon leaving school I opened the car door to head home when lights inside the car brightened I was greeted by what I suspected to be an infestation in my rental. There were roaches running all over the seat. I was speechless and in complete shock. I had to empty all my bags and inspect my clothing before entering my home.I believe this location needs additional staff. The previous customer got out the vehicle there was a light cleaning and I got right in, no thorough inspection or proper cleaning inside the vehicle was done. Exchanging the vehicle was such an inconvenience it caused a huge disruption and major delays in my day. I have never experienced anything like this before.

I really enjoy the convenience of rental locations as well as availability of cars. What I don’t care for is the hassle of trying to book using the many points that I have, via the app. It seems impossible to do it on my own so I’ve been inconvenienced to where I have to call in to book to get free days or whatever the points offer. It’s pretty annoying.
