Overall a good experience
At pick up the agent took detailed pictures of the car (he forgot to do the roof). I did receive an email with those pictures attached. I say this because at the Pittsburgh airport, they do have those new scanners that scan the car upon return. I'm a little nervous with those and the car did have a few dents when we pick it up but having those before pictures does give me a piece of mind if there is a claim filed against me.

Best Hertz Location in Pittsburgh
Every time I come to 5th Ave location, the staff are incredibly nice, efficient, and professional. Everyone is always polite, friendly, warm, and welcoming. The entire pickup process is consistently very fast and smooth. My experiences at this location have been so much better than at any Hertz location I’ve used in Pittsburgh. The difference is honestly night and day.

Great car and experience! A little pricey for a rental but will continue to rent with hertz!
Also I was never told rental office closed on the weekend so should not have to pay an additional $200 to return after 6 weeks of renting !
