Great Experience! I have no issues with getting and returning the car. It's quick and the service is really great. They accommodate you with professionalism.
I only needed the car for one day, I was charged for 3 days because this location would not allow an after hours drop off. RIDICULOUS!!!

Renting a car through hertz was very fast and easy! I would definitely use them again when out of town. Prices were extremely reasonable! I couldn’t believe how inexpensive the rental was. Car was also very clean

What a disaster!
I rented a full size car. I go to pick it up and was told no full size cars were available. I was offered a smaller car, I did not want to smaller car, as I am an older, larger woman. It’s hard to get in and out. I asked if it’s less expensive, because I asked and only because I asked she took a little off the rental price. I wasn’t offered a larger car…why is that when you didn’t have what I had ordered….? Then I was given the wrong car. I’m sitting in the car getting familiar with it, when she walks up apologizing that she had given me the wrong car. Told me the car I was in hadn’t been filled up with gas yet. It hadn’t been washed yet either…I’m thinking why was I given a filthy car…So now I’m having to get my stuff out and go to another car.
The car was ok, all things considered but the lack of customer service…never again will I rent from Hertz!
