Hertz - Portland - South East Stark Street Opiniões 

My experience with this Hertz location was frustrating from start to finish. My reservation was confirmed for 10:00 AM, but fortunately, I called ahead-only to be told the car wouldn't actually be ready until noon.
When I arrived at noon, the vehicle still wasn't ready, and I was forced to wait over an hour. To make matters worse, the staff was extremely rude, curt, and treated me as if I was an inconvenience to them. On top of that, getting through to this branch by phone is nearly impossible unless you call 20 times in a row.
Everything that could go wrong with a rental did. Save yourself the stress and avoid this location (actually avoid Hertz altogether and go to Enterprise).

The woman from whom I rented the car was outstanding! She was friendly, but professional and very thorough when explaining how everything worked. I was very impressed at the time she took to document every scratch or ding on the car. It gave me all of the confidence that I was being taken care of.

The disappointment will become your own.

I read some "not so good reviews " about this place but the price was so good I decided to give them a chance. They had exactly what we reserved waiting for us. They were very busy when we got there but the 2 ladies working were very efficient and polite, moving the process along as best they could. Returning was quick and easy. I would definitely use this location again.

We arrived 15min before our pickup time and they were busy with only 3 customers and it took us 2 hours to get our rental. My wife was late getting back from lunch. When we ask the problem why it’s taking so long they told us, “corporate didn’t have enough people working”. This most horrible experience I had with Hertz. We won’t be renting from the location never, just bad and horrible customer service.

The staff was great. However, we waited over an hour for a vehicle. Apparently the system allows customers to make reservations even if they don’t have enough vehicles available.

I rented from Hertz twice within a month. Two different locations and each time I got a car it was dirty!! The first time the location was downtown (at the Marriott) and that was a whole mess and inconvenience!!! Having to walk a couple blocks to pick up a car when you're disabled is not ok. Won't rent from that location again! Second time was from the SE Stark location.

Easy, convient, great rates, many vehicle options.

Great customer service great team there. I appreciate the friendliness.
