Hertz - Reseda - Reseda Boulevard Opiniões 

3 days after returning the car. They send me an email that there was damage to the car with a note saying that it might have been damaged by them during the transfer to a different Hertz site. I returned it with no damage and I am still fighting this.

Well we rented a vehicle from hertz on Oct 1st we had a family emergency so we rented the vehicle not only for us but for 3 famil6 members who don't drive that we could take them with us and they could say there goodbyes we'll upon meeting up with f family at a resort restraunt we headed out the front exit with everyone else but didn't see our car so we called security to which he said happens all the time gv me your keys and IL drive around see if u ain't parked on bk side since it all looks alike well in meantime my wife called hertz to inform them we don't know where e we parked they took it upon themselves and reported it theft at that very minute security came bk said hop on IL gv u a rid e your cars in the bk we said oh cool my wife was still on phone and told roadside we found it .they said too late take the car bk you,l have to rent a different vehicle my wife cried her uncle and nephew were just killed in a car wreck and they did this this so we couldn't take the family nor take the rental and had to miss services but rented another vehicle and madeit to funeral

As a gold member I don't understand why they couldn't find my membership. But they left it up to my to find out if there was any discounts, I don't understand if I have an account why my account doesn't show that I rented a car that was half full and returned it completely full why I'm not credited for it.

Pick up appointment interfered with the staff member's lunch break, but they delayed their lunch to meet our appointment time expectations. Drop off was quick and informative. Vehicle was exactly what we needed, clean and intuitive.
