Terrific people, great price, nice car.
The people were terrific, and the pickup and return were both quick and easy. Both offices were neat and clean, and conveniently located. The car was a good choice, and competitively priced. ALL good stuff, from the website arrangements to the wave "good bye" at the return drop off. Thanks and God bless.

Not Customer Driven
I arrived to pick up the rental and the rental was not ready. I was fine with waiting but not almost an hour due to the vehicle being uncleaned. The staff was unorganized on if they could use a local car wash. Ultimately they could not because they didn't have the right code or link needed. This apparently was a pattern as I was not the only customer with an unclean vehicle. This was not the experience I expected as a frequent traveler.

Booked through priceline for 1 way rental everything went flawlessly
Nice oneway rental. Representatives were all great car was super efficient and i got a great rate through priceline
