I had emergency surgery the night before my flight to St George. My wife was still able to go and tried to explain how and why I wasn't coming. She was treated rudely by the agent and given a number to call, the agent said they couldn't help otherwise. Although the agent did want to confirm I wouldn't be picking up the car so he could rent it to someone else. Later that day I was finally able to delay my rental until the following week.

I was a little worried my rental wouldn’t be available because my flight was delayed. That wasn’t the case, everything was perfect! Not to mention great customer service.

While in Southern Utah we had a flat tire and when I got the tire off I noticed the flat tire was completely bald.
Not cool so note to anyone renting a car when doing the once around to validate damage ahead of driving away to kick the tires and check for tread. A couple of days earlier in Zion NP they had flash floods and the SR9 was closed so apparently the rain was heavy and had we been in the car we rented we might have possibly hydroplaned and had a nasty wreck.

Not cool!

Easy pickup, quick service. Needed to extend our rental and was able to do it quickly online. Easy drop off as well.

I was dissatisfied with agents and procedures at St. George aUT airport. Agent could not answer my questions by phone. On return, agent was brisk and rude asking if I had seen sign about bringing key to desk. When I retrieved key from pared car some distance from agents desk, agent was not there.

I will never rent from your company ever again

Customer service was prompt and easy. The car was clean and meticulous. We had very early morning flight, the office was closed but the key drop off was simple and convenient. Love Hertz!

Car was ready when we arrived, clean. Return in another state was easy (expensive but easy)

Customer service is nonexistent and car was dirty with vacation trash
