The pick-up location was convenient but understaffed. The individual working alone did an amazing job getting everyone served.

Quick in and out service, manned by two employees. Location could be better as it is next to the loin. The building is also small and the staging area is just the sidewalk. You didn't have much time to pack things up, as pedestrians are waiting to walk by. I ordered this through Uber and it wasn't as accurate as advertised, so if you are counting on a specific size then beware.

Everything was great. I enjoyed everything that the company had to offer.

Ellis Street location opened late; at appointed pick-up time I joined a group of 5 others awaiting opening out front on the sidewalk. When the man with the keys to open up arrived I discovered that one of the group outside was an employee from another location, and who saved the day. The late-arriving employee in charge appeared on a wall poster as an "employee of the month"

The car was empty and Jen I picked it up. The agent said he would change it on the agreement. Upon checking it I got charged $170. Submitted a gas claim on your website a week ago and have heard nothing. The car was dirty too. Worse rental experience ever

There was no car at the location I designated for pickup. Staff was uninterested in providing any resolution, yet if i canceled, I would be penalized. I called customer support and was told I would have to take a Lyft to another location to pick up a car, which cost nearly $40. Was told that Hertz would reimburse me. Staff at the next location was rude and the woman at the desk stated I was a walk-in (despite having a reservation) and would have to wait. 2 weeks since this interaction, I have still not received a reimbursement for the rideshare. btw, I am a President's Circle member and still got treated like crap.
