The staff was amazing.. the car was fantastic! The only issue Inhad at all was the building itself. I came in at 10pm to drop the car off. There was no key drop system and the building and area itself were sketchy.

Incredible professionalism
The incredible professionalism in the face of stressful situations is amazing. The staff at this Hertz location always exceeds expectations. For example, fast supportive service even with a room full of customers and phones ringing with additional customers on hold. They pause and take that extra moment to make sure you are being helped.
