Extended my return time without an additional charge; that was appreciated.

How do you expect people on business to rent from your site when you have no available parking to leave personal vehicle while renting?

Car, while getting great mileage, was not quite up to the Hertz standard for condition

Pick-up was easy and everything was ready when I got there (vehicle, paperwork, etc). However, I wasn’t aware that there wasn’t any parking for my vehicle and the representative was helpful in securing my car at an adjacent lot. Might be a good idea to warn customers. Car I requested (Ford Focus or similar) wasn’t available. Instead they had me in a KIA K4 which wasn’t going to work for one of passengers (physical issues) but was willing to try and make it work. If I had wanted a K4, that’s what I would have reserved. The representative understood my concern and without me asking, got me into a vehicle that better suited the needs of one of my passengers. He was great and overall, saved my, what could have been a so-so experience, into a very good experience. Still can’t get over the parking issue.

The car had a serious electric problem. The lights turned off when the wipers needed to be on, the heating turned of the tail lights. It was a dangerous four-hour trip. The customer service was good, but that was a dangerous experience. I have lost all trust for Hertz.

Overall fast service and quality customer service

Because this was a last minute rental I was very pleased with the ease of the process. The associates at the Vestal Hertz always do their absolute best in meeting my car rental needs.

The people I dealt with were very nice and helpful. My two issues with the car were the poor wiper system and an oil warning light that came on from the very beginning of my trip. Having that warning light on caused me a lot of stress throughout the fifteen hours I spent driving.

I've rented from this Hertz location many times and has not had a bad experience. The reps always greet me when I come in. There customer service is excellent. My pick up and drop off is always a breeze. I've used other car rental companies and has always regretted it. I always come running back to Hertz.

Our car was in great shape, pick up and drop off went seamlessly, my deposit was back in my account within an hour or two. Service was exceptional and I am already planning my next rental!

They greet me by name, they never make me wait, they seem to have nothing but brand new vehicles every time I rent from them.
