Hertz - Weymouth - Washington Street Opiniões 

I booked a reservation 30 days in advance through the Hertz app. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, as scheduled at 2:30pm, I was told that there was an issue with the rate I was quoted and that I would need to call the 1-800 number for assistance (instead of a Hertz employee making the call). After waiting on hold for 23 minutes, I was connected with a representative who then spoke to the Hertz employee using my cellphone. The situation was eventually rectified but it took over an hour, it delayed my trip, and it was a very frustrating process.

Reservation was for a hybrid SUV. The guy working said he didn't have them. Ended up giving us a gasoline sedan. No discount or apology. He was actually kind of rude. The location is awful. I wish they had let me know. I would have canceled and went elsewhere. Doesn't seem like Hertz cares. I saw many reviews worse then mine going back years.

I have used hertz for over 2 years, straight thru now. Any and every time I have ever needed to contact customer service, and needed assistance. NOT ONCE HAVE HERTZ EVERY HELPED ME OR RESOLVED ANY ISSUE BESIDES FOR THE 3RD TIME I CALLED AGAIN, RECENTLY 2 DAYS AGO, ABOUT AN ISSUE THAT NO ONE HELPED ME BEFORE AND ALL GAVE ME DIFFERENT ANSWERS. HERTZ CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST OF THE WORST. YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE, UNKNOWLEDGABLE. THEY DONT MAKE ANY EFFORT OR GO AN EXTRA MILE TO HELP. IVE EVEN CAUGHT THEM BASICALLY LYING TO ME AND JUST TRYIN TO LIKE RUSH ME OF THE PHONE OR THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOIN.

I WILL SAY THE MAN FROM THE WEYMOUTH LOCATION IS ALWAYS SMILING, AND WOULD HELP IN ANY WAY HE COULD

Friendly staff , Jeep was made ready quite quickly , easy return , price reasonable .

Sam was friendly and knowledgeable. He went over all of the additional options offered and pick up of the rental and return went fast and without any problems.

The SUV that I booked and got confirmation was not available and I had to take a smaller car, which made fitting all the items I needed to move difficult. The rep said he had meant to call me earlier in the week to inform me but did not do so.
Also, rental was not provided with a full tank of gas

Great, efficient, quick delivery of our keys. Courteous service.
