No car at my pick up location
I had a reservation for 4 o’clock for pick up . Car was prepaid , reserved days before I was leaving for a trip. Walk in there at 4 for the man to tell me not only does he not have my car, he has no cars to offer me at all. I made a reservation because I needed the car, why did he wait for me to walk in there at 4 for pick up to tell me he didn’t have one. To be fair he did find me one but I was forced to drive 40 minutes to pick it up and then 40 minutes back home which put me behind . If I need to go out my way to pick the car up that information would have been useful earlier in the day. Why wait until I get there to tell me there is no car when all your locations close in an hour from then?
