When I first came across Hesel Media, I was definitely skeptical. However, the more I looked into the company, the more I started to appreciate what they offer. Daniel is incredibly patient and always answers my questions with a smile, which really stands out. Esteban also comes across as transparent and genuine—qualities that are hard to find, especially in the marketing industry.

I've had the experience of hiring and firing several marketing companies throughout my other business ventures, so I can say with confidence that Hesel Media stands out. Before making my decision to move forward with them, I interviewed three other companies. Frankly, I couldn’t even tell what two of them did to help with real estate investment. The third one told me it would cost $15,000 a month just to send out postcards. I was floored! Not only did they fail to explain what they did, but they didn’t take the time to understand my specific real estate needs either.

In comparison, working with Hesel Media has been a much more professional and personalized experience, and I’m confident in my decision to go with them.

I can't say enough about how much I enjoy working with this company. Got an ad that is messed up? They're on it asap. Got a minor issue that needs to be addressed? They'll fix it asap. It feels like a true concierge service on managing our ads and such. I think my favorite part of this has been just the ease of use with the CRM and my phone as well, it makes it incredibly easy to stay within the CRM and track all actions/notes without having to hop back and forth between a website and my text messages.

Super quality service with good ads and leads. Definitely the best service from any agency I’ve used or even know of.

Truly do receive solid leads every single month. They also provide an excellent CRM/Support staff & training. This business is hard, they can't do everything for you but they sure do make it easier.

Hesel media is an awesome digital marketing firm. I've started running Facebook ads with them, and the campaign started pumping out leads essentially immediately. They are very efficient in getting everything dialed in quickly on the tech/back end, and incredibly responsive to anything needing or requested to be changed. The CRM is phenomenal and well designed. They are extremely knowledgeable, and always there to answer questions. However, having not been overly knowledgeable myself about digital ads, you do need to have the budget and allow some time as it is a sizable investment for a small operator like myself. As they say, eventually it takes money to make money. Nevertheless, the support and everything else has been great. Also, nothing but great things to say about my account/success manager Daniel! His genereal REI knowledge is impressive, and the coaching/advice and recommendations on the weekly check in call is always good.
