Never again. Terrible experience, not to be repeated or recommended to others.
Paid for the booked ride for the hotel-jfk route, the driver never showed up nor did he ever contact me to inform me of the delay.
While I was waiting in vain for my driver, a second taxi driver FROM THE SAME COMPANY offered to take me paying double the amount I had paid in vain and I imagine leaving stranded the person who had booked and paid for his ride.
Not even in the Far West.
In the end I had to pay for a NYC taxi (very honest and fast).

The driver was supposed to pick me up at JFK. He was late, he did not speak English and he hung up the phone on me. I asked for my money back.

Heycars Seoul need to realise that customers cannot land and be through immigration in just 60 minutes. There wait time if from the plane touching down and it took us 1 hour 25 minutes to get through immigration and the driver had left even though I had been constantly texting them to explain what was happening.

Do not use Heycars.cn or Heycars.net

Booking made for 4pm, price included 90 mins waiting time. Driver arrived at 2.30pm and left at 3.30pm because he had another job to go to. Heycars kept my $100. Disgusting.

Booked a car service from Haneda Tokyo airport to home. As it is banned to use public transport from the airport for 14 days after arrival from abroad in Japan.

Customer service Lucy was very efficient and helped me out with all the detail with booking.

Got a pleasant car ride from Mr.Yu with comfy car. He was fast to resond to our change of arrival time to the airport. Highly recommend the service. Thank you very much.

Mozio was absolutely terrible in Singapore. Their partner, Heycars.cn are the worst. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I missed a connection to Singapore from Taiwan and notified Mozio who notified Heycars.cn at 8:10am or FIVE hours before my scheduled pickup. We were able to get on a new flight that came in two hours later. They said their driver was booked and couldn't pick us up later and that we should make a new booking if we wanted a new pick up time. So are you saying you have or DO NOT have available drivers to pick us up later? They were well aware that we wouldn't be landing at the pre-designated time and decided to show up anyway to "PROVE" that they were there to insist on getting paid. The whole reason I notified them early was to make sure that some poor person wasn't waiting aimlessly for an hour to pick us up when we weren't going to show up. And instead they show up anyway to take pictures to show that they were there so they can get paid. LOL. Delays and missed connections happen all the time. It is honestly shocking to to me the terrible customer service. They said that I let them know last minute - five hours hardly seems last minute.

I wasn't sure at the time how easy or difficult it would be to use GRAB, but we ended up booking a GRAB easily (go downstairs to the Basement level) and had a taxi within 5 minutes. DO NOT USE MOZIO. JUST DOWNLOAD GRAB AND TAKE A GRAB TAXI. Same price and way less hassle.

Avoid at all costs. Heycars just cancelled my car and just abandoned me. The company is Chinese owned and the help line is in China and useless. Do not use this company.

Dodgy as you like, DO NOT USE!!!!!

Took my credit card details and then said booked, only NO confirmation email and when i try to "manage my booking" on their site by inputting my details literally nothing happens, screen just refreshes ... now just waiting for the inevitable dodgy transactions to appear on my bill.

Steer well clear.

Heycars is unreliable and has poor systems. I made a booking through Heycars for an airport pickup in Taipei. They were supposed to send me a confirmation email of how to meet the driver in advance of the date, but it didn't arrive (it did eventually arrive, 10 days after the pickup date!).
When I arrived in Taipei, the driver was not there and I had to take a more expensive taxi. I asked Heycars for a refund and they sent me a photo of the driver waiting for me with a placard which showed he was waiting for a different flight from the one I had notified, and at a different time (morning not evening!). Heycars confirmed it would refund me, but a week later I am still waiting for the refund, let alone any compensation for the higher taxi fare and for the inconvenience of arriving on a 10 hour flight to find there was no driver waiting.

Great service. Texted me ahead of time before date & time of service. I would sure recommend this company to my friends. Good value for your money.

Einfache Buchung, günstiger Preis. Bei beiden gebuchten Fahrten waren die Fahrer pünktlich, das Fahrzeug war sauber und ausreichend groß, angenehme Fahrweise der Fahrer.
