Do not order from this company.

On their instagram in a very rude instagram story, calling people out for messaging them saying they haven’t received their orders, this is awful as people actually aren’t receiving them & they’re scamming people!

I placed a really big order over a year ago, stupidly didn’t read the reviews & now haven’t received my order & they are completely ignoring my emails & messages.

It’s absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered one lipgloss in January and paid for express delivery… still waiting for it and it’s September.

Joke of a company nearly on 1m followers on Instagram and a total scam! no communications. Post on social media how they suffer with anxiety and struggling - stop taking orders then and stealing peoples money or employ more people to actually get orders out. How u think rubbing a business like this is ok I don’t know.

I am reporting this company to ActionFraud and Customs House. They took my orders in May and items have not been received after over 3 months despite many attempts to contact them.

They are definitely a scam. I ordered in February and they marked my order as shipped a couple weeks ago - still not received. They lie and continue to take peoples money for orders they’re never going to fulfill. They ignore al messages and comments apart from positive ones. I’ve contacted my bank and reported them so got my £ back. Get this site shut down!!

Scamcompany. Ordered and payed in January. Still haven’t received anything or got my money back, they just stop answering you when you ask for your money back and you will not see any products either. Ordered many items for alot of money so I will report them and so should you. They have absolutely NO SHAME and will send out fake email about the order being shipped but ofcourse it will never arrive and you can’t track it, cause it’s BS and they don’t intend to ship you anything just steal your money. And then they have the nerves to claim how sorry they are that people are trying to bring them down by writing fake reviews…. (: god lord. glad to see others got their money back from their banks but I’ve ordered to Sweden and will not be able to get them back.

I ordered products in December 2022 and in August 2023, still have not received any products, money back, or even helpful communication.

If I could give zero stars I would. They claim issues with posting, and state that due to this things don’t get posted 1-4 weeks after purchase (as per their website). I can tell you right now, it’s been much longer than 4 weeks. I have emailed enquiring about the shipment of my purchase a few times which has still not been actioned - I made an account on their website and you can see it has been paid so my money taken but not yet shipped, as well as tracking through ‘shop’ which still shows it as pending. They claim to respond to emails and correspondence within 24 hours - how come I haven’t had a response yet and it’s been weeks? I am reporting to the Trading Standards Authority, Action Fraud and my bank. I am so disappointed as I was really looking forward to the products for a special occasion and ordered despite the bad reviews. I now see why people say to avoid as it is becoming more and more likely that I have been scammed for my money.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 Act states that goods purchased online or by phone should be delivered within 30 days of the order being confirmed with the trader.

UPDATE 23/8: no response received, reported, dispute opened at bank who returned the money to me.

Absolutely avoid this company at all costs. They're scammers who only deliver orders to influencers so they can grow their scam—everyone else gets charged for their order, but never receives it. I ordered back in January and still haven't gotten my pigments. In April, I opened a claim with my bank to get my money back after it became clear that Hidden Cosmetics was a scam, and my bank was able to return the charge to my account. However, I fell for another scam tactic when Hidden Cosmetics reached out to me later in April and said my order was "due to be shipped tomorrow," but if I wanted to receive it, I needed to cancel my claim and provide proof of cancellation to them within 24 hours. I went to great lengths to get an official letter of claim cancellation from my bank, which I immediately passed on to Hidden Cosmetics. After ignoring my first 3-4 follow-up emails, they finally responded weeks later to say that they couldn't ship my order until the claim showed as cleared on their side. So much time elapsed that I moved to a different country. I contacted Hidden Cosmetics to say that I just wanted a refund at that point because I didn't want to pay for customs fees in my new location, and they told me refunds weren't issued more than 24 hours after orders are placed. I asked if they could just FINALLY ship my order to me, and they said it was "in the works." That was months ago, and they haven't responded to my last 4 emails. Their customer service is so passive-aggressive, manipulative, and aggravating. They delete any comments on social media that call them out. They know they're running a scam, and they clearly feel zero guilt about it. So so so so awful!

I ordered over 18 weeks ago now and despite numerous emails and a fake shipping notice, still no products. They do not reply to emails. So disappointing to see so many other ‘customers’ have had a similar experience.

Thanks for everyone who wrote reviews I was just about to order something from. This company and decided to read a few reviews so glad I did then tired to compare them with reviews on IG so glad I didn't purchase anything but definitely sux people didn't get there products. But I appreciate u all sharing your experience.

Ordered 2 items in April 2023, false dispatch notes sent by 'company' numerous times, no items in hand by mid August and repeated false emails regarding shipping and refusal to refund continue..... Absolute scam. Other great companies that do the same products, avoid this place.

Scammers!!! Beware!!! I ordered from them back in March 2023, I'm in Canada, it never came. I wrote to them about getting a refund since it hadn't shipped yet, and miraculously it "shipped", that was at least a month ago!!!it is now August 12 2023. I will never buy from them again. I got scammed, don't make the same mistake as I did.

I ordered in January. Have tried to contact them multiple times requesting a refund after false shipment notifications, but they ignore and say they'll dispatch soon. 8 months and waiting. Total scam. Avoid.

I was very excited about this brand and placed my $90 order back in January and have still not received it. The only time I generally receive a response to my follow up emails is when I post a comment on their Instagram page. The comments are always deleted and the emails I receive are generic. I have asked for a refund 4 times and receive generic emails ignoring the requests. After 8 months of this it is most definitely feeling like a scam.

I dont understand why this company is still in business with how many people they scammed! How is this possible? Bad reviews about this company are everywhere!! I ordered from them in Nov 2022 and did recieve a shipment email until April 2023. I was told to get my tracking number from the shop app used to purchase the products. The tracking number is not there. It is now Aug 2023 and still no tracking and im being told from them to wait for the tracking number to show up on the Shop app. This company is a scam and is run by crooks! Do not buy from them.

Ordered in April and never received a thing. Currently going through the chargeback process with Barclays, absolutely horrendous customer service - not once did I receive any sort of personalised reply or even an answer to my question. Complete scam - avoid.

People I hope you get to see these reviews before making a purchase. Please do not place an order with this company you will never receive it and they never respond to your emails. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Placed an order in May still not received.

I ordered product from this company in February and never received it. I received several emails saying my order had shipped, but never a tracking number, despite requesting one. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company and was fortunate to receive my money back (at the end of July) for the products I never received.

Like everyone never got my order. Ordered May 1st. And as of August 3rd I started a dispute with the bank. I was able to get 2 pre typed emails back but never an actual response to when my order would ship. So disappointing.

Placed a order back in May. It is now August and still have not recieved my order. Credit card company would not give me a refund since it was past the 30 day time-lapse. This company will claim it takes up to 6 weeks to get your order making you wait so long you can't do a charge back. I basically handed them $70.00 for nothing. Do not trust this company. I came from their Instagram page. Never recieved any of my order.
