Went back to have my hearing aids fixed i was welcomed by Benjamin he fixed them helped me to understand how to do things for my self very polite very good at job and he knows how people feel i will give him 100%

From my first visit right through to purchasing and follow up visits I could not have had better service.
The hearing test I received was very thorough in identifying my hearing loss and Ben at the Plymouth branch conducted himself in a very professional manner.
At no point was I under any sales pressure.
I purchased a pair of oticon cic aids which were bespoke and fit like a glove.
The difference these have made have been amazing.
Both receptionists, Maria and Jane were also friendly and welcoming.
