Highbridge Caravans Opiniões

I have used Highbridge on a couple of occasions to sell my Campervans for Cash, the service has been impeccable collecting my vans from South Wales with a cash transfer on the spot, in fairness they have taken the vehicles on trust without test drive and no haggling on price. Also have provided invaluable advice on purchases, big shout out to Jody.

Excellent service when buying the caravan. Very helpful and friendly. Problems arise if you have a problem. Damp problem found when van still under warranty, can't even be looked at for 3 months as they are 'at capacity'. No aftercare.

Don’t know yet not received let you know when I get it thanks

Great prices and excellent service. Delivered promptly, well packaged and good communication.

Excellent service today from Devon branch caravan returned to my seasonal pitch following warranty work the driver could not have been more helpful in a era where customers are a inconvenience it is refreshing to have received some good old fashioned customer service well done Highbridge

Quick response to order. Thank you

Leisure Battery Replacement? No problem.
We were staying down the road in our motorhome and our leisure battery was giving off an awful smell so a quick Google found Highbridge. We popped down and purchased a new one from the shop in no time. We also asked if there was anyone available to fit this for us and we were asked to drive to the parts department to ask.
I feel awful that we didn’t take names as the two men who helped us were fantastic. They fitted the one we had bought and tested it to find out our other also needed an upgrade. An hour tops and we were back on the road to our Cornwall holiday.
They really saved us today and we’re so very grateful! Thanks so much :)

Unfortunately did not have the awning I ordered online but contacted me to offer ex-demo version at a reduced cost. Spoke to helpful staff to confirm awning in good condition & all accessories included so progressed with purchase. Awning arrived quickly and all appears good although no pitching instructions were included but found online. Staff helpful & reassuring during all communications.

Great price
Super quick delivery
Thank you 😊

Easy to use website and very competitive prices.

What can I say but excellent service, communication and really happy with the product

Something very wrong with this company. You'd think someone with 10's of thousands of pounds to spend would be treated well but response to emails and messages are answered days later or just never.

Helpful and efficient with motorhome and online shop purchases

Easy to use website, item arrived when they said it would. Happy to use them again

Absolutely excellent service since our caravan purchase 3 months ago.
We purchased a 2nd hand caravan from the Devon branch, Rob was very helpful with our purchase. When we collected we had an issue with our towing electrics in our car and the team at Highbridge were so helpful. Ended up needing to leave the caravan to get the car sorted.
Since then we have been enjoying the caravan for several trips and a couple of minor issues arisen and needed to contact them to use the warranty to resolve them, and each time we have had a friendly chap visit us to fix issue. We have been very pleased with the level of service we have received throughout the whole experience. I would highly recommend if you are looking to purchase a caravan.

Very easy ordering on the website. Delivered very quickly and well packaged
Haven't tested it tet but looking forward to trying it out
