SIA Renewal Training

I had my assessment yesterday with Tracey King from Highfield, she made me feel at ease I am normally very anxious when it comes to tests. Tracey was professional, friendly, and made the whole process straightforward. She explained everything clearly and helped me feel at ease during the assessments. Blended Learning - Emergency First Aid at Work
Providing learners with the ability to complete part of their training online, and at their own pace, is very popular with our workforce. This also allows them to get more from the face-toface training and reduces the hours that they need to be away from their normal work place. Unhappy with WAVE
Unhappy WAVE
I purchased the WAVE video which was needed for work.
The video has no interaction to make the choices requested. So you can not continue to the end. Upon viewing before purchase it stated the course was suitable for phones but it was a very frustrating expirience. I advised the company and after asking twice i got a refund. Communications are quick but replies do not reflect the understanding of the complaint.
This is a revised feedback after refund agreed.
