Very helpfull staff had send like over…

Very helpfull staff had send like over 12 emails asking about products what to get whats compatible or not responce was allways quick and when needed watercooling d5 pump from aquacomputer which gets sold quick and was out of stock they emailed me.exact date they would have it back in stock and would be shipped to me. One thing can say they no there products very well they provide solutions asap and you can find anything you want from modding to watercooling one of the best online shops in europe with good prices and they provide point system with every order which means you get discount next order depending on points . I give them 5 star and will be buying more stuff soonn

Perfect shop with wide variety of parts.

The shop contains a clear description of each item, as well as which machines it is suitable for, and images. Highflow sells every part you could think of.

Parts were ordered at 15:00 and delivered early morning the next day!

Great company, service, delivery speed. All stuff on stock.

I'm a Dutch guy living in Germany. I made my first steps into the watercooling world and the people at Highflow where incredibly helpfull.

To top this all off my order was delivered a day after being ordered in germany. Germany companies are not even able to do that.

Great company!

Hele goede webshop

Hele goede webshop, duidelijk en makkelijk mee te werken. Snelle levering, vlotte service.

1maal stock probleem gehad, opgelost met enkele e-mailtjes.

Egte aanrader voor mensen die onderdelen voor hun pc Modding zoeken.

Niets als lof voor highflow.

Perfect!
Dit is mijn shop voor waterkoeling en modding sinds 2014.
Heb nog nooit een probleem ervaren en al aardig wat en regelmatig besteld.
Levering wordt goed gecommuniceerd en prima verpakt.
Als ik een verzoek heb, voldoen ze daar aan.

deze webshop had de beste prijs die ik online kon vinden voor de cpc connectors die ik nodig had. snel thuisgekregen ook . dank van thomasdb.net

Sold me USED PRODUCT

I bought an aqua computer d5 next pump. It arrived and once I opened shipping box you could visibly see something was wrong. Once I opened the aqua computer box it was completely folded in. The product was USED!!! Not new. The purposely sold and sent me a USED ITEM. scratches and scuffs all over it. The plasiic inside the pump had be worn down. The bracket had visible signs of usage as the screws holes had paint chipped. Then they add a lollipop candy inside the box.... you decide if you want to buy something from them

Thank you for your review and your e-mail with pictures (we would have appreciated if you had waited for our reply to your e-mail before writing your review).

Here's a copy of our reply to your e-mail:

We understand if you think you have gotten an used pump, if you have never gotten a D5 pump before.

But we can assure you that you have received a totally new pump, D5 pumps have by default “scratches/scuffs” on the pump rotor and housing (just the same as seen on your pictures you e-mailed us).
This perfectly normal and all stock D5 pumps have these, therefore most people use D5 covers/mod kits to give it a better look.
And you don’t have to worry about the pump rotor not having a perfect finish, again this is normal production finish and it will work just fine.
Just Google for pictures to confirm this.

We pack products with more than enough protection in a bigger box to minimize risk during transport. Especially when shipping overseas like your order (The Netherlands -> Canada is quite a distance).
The D5 Next carton might have become “crushed”, due to the pump inside the carton moving around during transport, which most probably have caused the small scratch on the pump standard.
(won't be visible when pump is mounted by the way)

I have CC’d Aqua-Computer to this e-mail and if you are still unsure, you can contact them as well to confirm you got a new pump.
We only sell new products, period.
If a product does comes back from a customer, we do thoroughly checks to make sure it can be sold as a new product again or it will be denied.
As for the D5 Next pumps, it is so popular it get sold out very fast each time we get new stock and we haven’t got any back yet.
There is no way you got an used product.

If you still have your doubts and don’t want this pump, please don’t unpack further, don’t use it.
Just put it back in the carton and box as you have received it. Send it back to us and you will get a refund.

We would appreciate if you can update your online reviews about us.
Because it is quite an accusation calling us frauds etc., while we do our best to provide you good products and service, which we did.

Package well packed in the best…

Package well packed in the best bubblewrap according to my 3-year-old daughter who is having a blast with them. Shipment was fast I was kept up to date during the whole process.

I did find the website confusing at times and the checkout process had a few surprises around the free shipping promotion that keeps popping up that the shipping costs have changed.

AMAZING Service!!!

Am not when that leaves reviews believe me, but i just had to for Highflow.nl What an absolute amazing service!!! Am from the United Kingdom and have ordered 3 times from highflow all 3 times i have been so so happy with the service on all 3 times i got my items delivered in 2 days know that is FAST coming from a different country. Items always well packaged but the main thing is highflow stocks items that no other online store in the UK stocks don't get me wrong UK stores are good ordered many times but when it comes to stocking items no one beats highflow. I'll give you a example i ordered water cooling parts for my PC, a Koolance 450s pump, Koolance 24v controller & Black ice nemesis 480gtx radiator 3 of these items no UK online store stocked the gtx480 radiator some UK online stores had it listed but been "out of stock" for months and a good chance it was never gonna be back in stock. Simply put highflow.nl is now my number 1 online store for water cooling parts, they do many many other items but i haven't checked them out but for water cooling specifically this online store is highly recommended 5 out of 5 stars. PLEASE highflow keep up with this great service!

Ordered IC Diamond

Ordered IC Diamond because it was no where else to be found. Poor description on how to apply it but the package costs waa not amazingly high. Got the product when i needed it and it was in stock

Horrible way to treat customers

In a 260 euro order, I missed two parts out of the order. It would have been nice if after spending that much money, I could pick up two more fittings for 10 euros at their location when I drove there, but they reclined. Now, over the 260 euros, I had to pay 2.5 euros for picking up two 5 euro parts, which is 25% of the price of these. This is really bad business, and I will make sure never to order from here after this. Also, there is no option to take orders for free, even picking it up location they charge 2.5 euros.

We asked you to place your order first, before picking it up.
As we have explained to you before, we are a webshop and we don’t have a walk-in-store, that way we can keep the pricing as low as possible for all of our customers. We have no hidden costs in the prices of our products.

For your information, we did had a walk-in-store a few years ago, but that was not profitable anymore (high housing costs, employees for the store etc.), as our market (cooling and casemodding) is a very small market, therefore we decided to close the store and focus on our webshop, online sales and online support.

So now we are a webshop only, we focus entirely on online service and we try give our customers the best possible online shopping experience. Fast shipping and fast reply on your e-mails are one of the things we do.
We have mentioned this on our contact page too, customers can still meet us in person, but an appointment has to be made first so we can schedule it.

Orders can be picked up at our warehouse, after the order is placed and paid through our webshop.
Being a webshop, we didn’t offer pickup at first, but a few customers requested it, so with urgent matters they wished to pick up their order the same day without waiting for the next day delivery.
For us as a true webshop this is very time consuming, but we wanted to help these customers and so we offered pickup as an extra service, we just have to calculate a small fee to cover the costs. This way the customer can have their urgent items quickly and we can still make an earning.
Just like your case right now, you forgot to order 2 extra fittings with your initial order, so you can order 2 extra fittings from us or any other webshop and have it shipped and most likely get it the next day.
Or if you are in a hurry, you can choose pickup and we will do our best to have your order ready to be picked up the same day for a small fee. Again, we are offering pickup only because of customers requested it, not to create more sales. Please understand that you also have the choices to have it shipped or order from a different store, so we think it is unfair you are burning us now for our service to help you the same day.

By the way, if you order over 150 euro, we are giving the shipping or pickup for free. For your last order, you didn't pay shipping costs. Thereby you also build up an extra discount with every order with our reward points system. In your example, you have build up and used a discount much more than the pickup fees you are now complaining about.

It's a bummer you are writing a (negative) review now after 7 fulfilled orders, most orders were shipped the same day you ordered. One order you have canceled and received a refund immediately. We have replied to your e-mails within minutes. And we have helped you today with your needed fittings. For none of these orders or experiences have you written a review. We would appreciate if you could include all of your online shopping experiences with us in your review.
We still hope for your understanding and would appreciate if you can update your review and score.

I have now placed a few orders with…

I have now placed a few orders with Highflow - always received excellent service! Whether just a tube of thermal paste or a full liquid cooling solution, this is truly my favorite shop for such things.

The couple of times I've needed to contact customer service, it has been a pleasure everytime. Quick communication and quick solutions!

Bonus: I received some lolly pops or gummy bears with my orders which always makes me smile :-)
