Not sure the name of the man who called me today regarding a new quote.
When he told me the price I decided I was going to go with another company. He then proceeded to pressure me & asking what the other company provided and when I told him I was no longer interested. He then continued to give me ‘advice’ even though it was unwanted. After I politely told him multiple times. I’m ok thanks I’m going with another company he then hung up.

If I was going to ever go with this company in the future. I will not be now.

I can't recommend Jamie at Highworth highly enough. From start to finish the service was outstanding - never pushy, always personable, and everything was explained really clearly. The quote was the best I received by a country mile, and all the necessary documents came through quickly.

What stood out most was how personalised it felt. This was for an engagement ring, and Jamie was genuinely happy for me and wished me luck - a lovely personal touch that made the whole experience feel special rather than transactional. First class all round.
