So now all these scammers outnumber real people. All in all, it is turning into a ghost town. I switched to AFFlirt.com
I like their pool of people and low rates. Hikiapp turns out to be quite an expensive entertainment now. But the worst thing is that it basically leads to nothing real. It may be good for you only if you like virtual relationship and if you are okay with being entertained online only with no hope for personal meetings and actually building relationship with someone.

It is a dating and friendship app for neurodivergent people. Or so they like to call themselves. It is a false facade for the ones who want to try it.
The truth is that their paywall is exorbitant for us neurodivergent folks. Who talks about things that are wrong in the app gets paused temporarily and with vague automated communication. Even when invited to get in contact with the mods, nothing happens and the emails are left unanswered. But if us people post on the feed to ask for clarification or to speak up, there's a risk of a permanent ban.
Dangerous behaviour goes under their radar as long as it is indirect and softly communicated. Sometimes they delete posts and comments that are perfectly fine only because they got reported. So the mods don't even check what they delete.
The community feels constantly unsafe and wrong. The mods are invisible and corrupted.

Had been using it for around 3 months, browsing through profiles, trying to find some circles (groups) that fit my hobbies when I decided to post on the main page.

Now, at the time, this seemed like an innocent post. There were a number of profiles stating they believed in fictional characters as real beings and so my post was asking if there was some kind of joke I wasn't in on. I was then lambasted by around 10-15 comments in an hour either saying I was completely wrong or rude to ask such a thing or multiple comments making shallow comments about appearances and assumptions on my personal life.

To make matters worse, I am now suspended for three days and was left without any reason to this restriction for about 2 hours. I was later I formed it was because of bullying.
Apparently, despite the flood of people making all sorts of aggressive and unjustified comments, including users making posts of my profile trying to stir up further targeted spam and mockery I was branded a bully and suspended for asking an innocent question about a - and let's be honest here - pretty strange addition to a lot of profiles in my area.

It would have been a decent review, trying to use the hiki for everyone, as its discounted membership, i have some disorders preventing work so thought this was worth a try, it just doesnt work though, and considering its a site aimed at people with mental and identity disorders etc thays morally wrong I so many ways, ive spoken to Ashly from their help team, who clearly didn't read what u sent, they asked for more information to better solve the problem, when I already gave every last detail they need, my copied and pasted response here
Hi, yeah so after hearing about hili for everyone I clicked the link on hikiaap.com, entered the email linked to the hiki account, got an email, clicked the link advised, and it brought me to a page stating the link had failed or expired. I tried it with multiple email addresses I had and followed to same link and got the same page just to make sure it wasn't just mine cause I already had an account. So that's a broken link in the process of applying the hiki for everyone discount that i can't find a way arround, I wouldn't be able to pay for r the full price version, id also be waiting until friday anyway since I spent the money I was going to use lol, either way I took a screenshot of every page I visited so its easier to understand, I dont know enough about the problem to properly explain it"

Relieving an email asking for more information than ive judt give you is insane, give me access to your servers and ill sort it myself, I may be a bit mental but I know enough about the digital world to spot a deliberately broken semtep in a comp process. So hiki for everyone is essentially a lie. I had friends try too, and across different weeks so this is no isolated glitch, your joping people will get frustrated and just pay full price, I can't afford that, so
... can someone help me in this matter instead of a copied and pasted response talking nonsense about how my issue is important to you etc.... Read the info ive sent, then correct the problem, you shouldn't advertise a service on your own website then make certain nobody can use it.

I get thats a common thing with online companies etc, but for a dating app for people with disabilities, its a very.... very dirty trick indeed.

So please, can I have some assistance with this matter? Not just an inhuman response playing dumb like my very clear detailed problems could be understood by an average high school student, sorry if I seem upset here but im incredibly frustrated by this, I love hiki, wanted to retry a free trial to see if its worth it, no option for me to do that so I spotted hiki for everyone and that made sence, but now, even if you gave me a code I dont have the money to subscribe now again until next month, your loosing profits and deceiving vulnerable people.

And please dont send generic, "contact our help team via email" because I've been doing just that for weeks.

Maar ik ervaarde dit helemaal anders. Het leek eerder om winst te maken op mensen in het spectrum. Een half sterretje is eigelijk al te veel voor deze app.

Really awkward place. To see the matches you have to pay for premium, to be shown more often you have to pay for boost, to let other people who don't pay for premium see your profile you need to pay for sparks... The app feels kinda empty as there are not as many users, it seem. The only way to somehow connect with others is to post something on the feed that is available for everyone, so not for introverts certainly, and as soon as you expose yourself - plenty of likes from people who don't fit your filters criteria. Thirsty men spoil everything too. Yes, there should be mutual match to start a dialogue but once the conversation starts, weirdos and pervs unmask immediately. Also you can easily get restricted from posting if the moderators think your post is too provocative.

Long story short, the idea is wonderful, but the performance leaves much to be desired.

I have been on the app for around 3 years now. It use to be great back in the day when it was free. The app was way more busier by people using it. But now days since they now charge you to use the app on making matches. It’s impossible to make real friends on it. Even when you do get a match with someone. What is a challenge! They either go off the app and you don’t hear from them ever again or they just unfollow you after a nice conversation. The app is starting to look like a ghost town getting. There’s hardly that many people on it any more. It’s a real shame what had happened to the app. I’m getting more and more bored every time I use it. Since there’s nothing to do on it getting.

For a while it was a somewhat decent app for finding autistic dates, even with the lack of people using it. Sadly, the app is way worse now that they paywalled the ability to instantly match with people, making the app impossible to match with anyone now unless you pay. This will no doubt make the app worthless.
