I have no number to contact you
I have no number to contact you. On your website I wanted to order Himalayan lamp cable, this was not stated out of stock. On the same link. I ended up buying bulbs. That I didn’t need. Again no phone number to put it right. So I have ended up with 10 light bulbs instead of 10 cables. I am not impressed. You need a number for people to contact and speak to a person. Who can help. Customer care non existent. This won’t get printed I dare say.

Hi Cheryl, you emailed our Customer Service 08/03/2021 11:18am, to which we responded 11.59am. You got back to us at 12:12pm and we again replied 12:26pm, to which we received no further response from you. - As explained in our reply to your email, it is made very clear that you have to select cables or bulbs, the description states “Please note, this is for replacement cables OR bulbs, or alternatively packs of cables AND bulbs. Please select your option from the dropdown menu.” In the first line. The option you selected just states “Replacement Bulb”. - We then informed you we are more than happy to refund your order if you wanted to return it, but you did not respond.

I received an email early on the morning of the day after I placed my order to say that it had been dispatched, and it arrived by post two days later. This is excellent service, and I am completely happy with the goods.

Excellent shopping experience
The online shopping experience was excellent and fulfillment of my order was exemplary. Delivery was very fast and packaging of products was to a reasonable standard. The products purchased were of excellent quality however they came in non-resealable bags and once opened they have to be poured into a container that can be resealed. It would be much more preferable for these to be packaged in a resealable bag which I'm sure would not add greatly to the cost and of course a more desirable purchase. Overall I would definitely recommend this company to others and would purchase again.
