Great service Josh great at Peterborough and Holly Brown on sales side very attentive and replied straight away every time I emailed her there was no pushy buy this warranty handover either bought 2 cars from here and will continue to do so too excellent service like buying cars here👍⭐️🔥

We were greeted with a very warm welcome by Olivia. Olivia dealt with our new car and went above and beyond to help us. When we picked our new car up again all staff were welcoming and the manager was also very tentative. We want to thank you for an excellent professional service.

Bought a car just over 3 months ago &…
Bought a car just over 3 months ago & it’s broke down . They won’t help me . Car isn’t driving & needs recovered . Going days with ringing them car is stranded they sold me warranty with A1 that’s not fit for purpose as no one will fix the issue only Land Rover & they won’t pay out for this . I’m in Northern Ireland & don’t know what to do . So distressed.

I have had a very good experience of buying a car through Hippo. From the enquiry through to reaching Matthew Knowles on the process in sales on purchasing and then receiving the car this morning from Nick. Great communication throughout, I would highly recommend this company. To be honest a breath of fresh on customer service when buying the car. Well informed, polite and attentive answering all queries. A trusted company with good processes in place for everything.
