I have had a fantastic experience with hippo. This is my second car and it has been seamless. Crystal is the greatest! She worked with me every step of the way and helped me to find the car that I love. She was patient and responded immediately. On my collection day I met Tristan who was absolutely lovely. He walked me through everything and showed me all the new things on the car I needed to know. Overall this was a wonderful experience. I recommend them fully.

Alan delivered my car prompt and on time. Very polite and Knowledgable and explained the vehicle controls.

The only problem we had was when we went to pick it up first they were great but I ask for the car to be charged which it wasn’t
They said no problem we will take it to get it done
2 hours later still not charged 1 story after another (cards not working) so Tristan took us to the garage which I then had to use my bank card (worked straight away they said they would reimburse me still waiting)
After getting home there have been a couple of issues have emailed and phone the head office still waiting on a reply
At the minute I would give there after sales 1 star will update if it gets better

I would like to thank Graham the delivery driver who delivered my CUPRA Formentor safe and sound. Graham was a lovely guy, very polite and friendly.

Alan delivered our new car today, he was great, called us before he left, got here on time. Alan showed us round the car, he was a lovely guy!

Graham who delivered my vehicle was amazing and cannot fault him. However when buying a car I would have expected 2 keys. When I asked if they would reimburse me if I get a second key cut they refused saying the car was too old! It’s a 22 plate car which is baffling how they consider this too old. Apart from this disappointment the journey so far has been great

Kane looked after me and could not have been more incredible. He felt genuinely human, really tried to find me the best deal, and even helped me navigate some tricky financing. He prompted me all the way through to make sure he had everything he needed. Absolutely outstanding customer service. I couldn't recommend Hippo more! Wowza.

Jack and Abigail in Blackburn great people that helped me get through the process quick and easy. There wasn’t any delays and the information they provided about what I’m getting myself into was very informative and straightforward.

Purchased a car arund 2 years ago. At the point of purchase I was sold extended warranty for peace of mind if anything major went wrong I wouldn’t need to worry!!!! Well the turbo has gone! I personally have only done 13k miles in two years and the car 81k. Well surprise surprise A1 approved warranty company rejected the claim due to it being deterioration! Well everything deteriorates over time so the warranty is not worth anything!!! The deterioration caused a mechanical fault and that’s why it’s not covered not the other way round!
I then checked to see how long should the turbo last and that is between 100 and 150k miles! Mine is far short of that!!!! So both hippo and A1 approved want nothing to do with it! Only times like this is when you truely find how good and how much companies care about customers! I know when I purchased the car they jumped through hoops and were in contact regular!!!! You only find this out when you have foolishly done the sale so if this post stops at least one person not doing business with Hippo and A1 approved warranty then at least I have helped someone not having the stress of now tsking on a legal battle! If only companies looked after there customers they wouldn’t have to spend so much marketing there business!!!!

Today I’ve picked up my used Skoda, I only found it yesterday! The car is fantastic, most of all the customer service was exceptional. Firstly I dealt with Troy, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, with no pushy sales approach. Then I met Tristan who went through the payment process and the other paperwork, absolutely fantastic, nothing was and issue. Would highly recommend Hippo. First class!!
