Hisense doesn't back their products nor honor warranties.
I purchased a Hisense refrigerator from Lowe's in November of 2025. After my remodel was completed it was installed the last week of December 2015. Around the 3rd week of September 2016, it stopped working. I call the company's warranty line, and it took about a week for them to get someone here to evaluate the unit. That individual did not do the work merged to fix the unit. Three days later I had to call the company back because they had not reached out. I was then informed that three wasn't anyone in my area to fix it and they were going to replace the unit, I just need to do this paperwork which will take a couple days to process. Three says later, i get an email that they can't replace the unit and they will send me a check for what I paid for the unit which will take 2 to 4 weeks to process. When i bought it, the unit was on sale and total was about 800 dollars. Now they are 1400 dollars. So I called the company again, inquiring why they aren't replacing it and they stated lowes didn't want the old unit back. I said isn't this a warranty? I shouldn't even have to go through this on a unit that has barely 9 months of use. Despite the fact that i lost hundreds of dollars in groceries hundreds of this. And also questioned if you're just sending me what u paid for the unit, and i also have to pay to get rid of the bad unit you won't replace? The individual with the company said e can escalate this inquiry and it will take up to 48 hours for a decision. So I'm note 3 weeks into dealing with a company that will not stand behind nor honor their warranties. If I had to guess they don't want to replace it because they would lose even more money. I would not recommend anything from this company. Thank you for reading.

I am extremely disappointed with…
I am extremely disappointed with Hisense and its warranty support process. Based on my experience, I would think twice before purchasing another Hisense product.
I contacted Hisense regarding an issue with my unit, and instead of receiving meaningful assistance, I have been asked repeatedly to submit the same information. I have already sent pictures showing the model and serial number three separate times, yet customer service continues requesting them.
Unfortunately, I no longer have the original purchase receipt, but I provided a bank statement clearly showing the purchase date and the store where the product was purchased. Hisense refuses to accept this as proof of purchase, leaving me with no clear path to obtaining warranty service.
What makes this experience especially frustrating is the lack of flexibility, repeated requests, and the time wasted going back and forth without a resolution.
A warranty means very little if the process of obtaining service is this difficult. Customers should not have to repeatedly provide the same information or struggle to receive basic assistance.
I am very dissatisfied with both the product experience and the level of customer support. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Hisense to anyone looking for reliable products backed by responsive warranty service.
I hope Hisense takes customer feedback seriously and improves how it handles warranty claims.
They left me without a refrigerator and told me to wait 30 days
I’m a Hisense customer in Costa Rica, handled by Hisense Central America. I bought my refrigerator in May, and within a few months it was only partly cooling, so I filed a warranty claim. Getting anyone to take it seriously has been a fight from day one.
One agent closed my report because the serial number wasn’t sent as a photo, even though I had scanned it with Hisense’s own app. On a later call, another agent raised her voice and told me they simply had no answer for me. I stayed polite the whole time.
The authorized service center told me the brand had approved a gas recharge, vacuum and filter replacement, and promised to give me one day’s notice before the visit. That notice never came. They called the same morning, and the technician started working without explaining anything. He cut the refrigerator’s pipes without asking me, something nobody had ever mentioned. Before the visit, the fridge cooled poorly. Now it doesn’t work at all.
When I complained, Hisense replied that they have up to 30 calendar days to offer a solution and could not give me any date. Every message since then has been a template saying my case is “escalated.”
A warranty is worth only as much as the company’s willingness to honor it. I’ve done everything Hisense asked, and I’m left with a dead refrigerator and no timeline. I’m now asking for the equipment to be picked up and for a credit note covering its current value. If you’re considering Hisense, look closely at how they handle warranty claims before you buy.
Refrigerator warranty
Bought a refrigerator on sale with a 2 year warranty. Door ice maker would freeze and stopped working. Repair service determined that it needed a new door. Hisense declined further repairs and authorized a return for store credit at the original purchase price. The refrigerator has a two year warranty and is currently in stock. However the current price is more than the original purchase price. Hisense is attempting to offload the increase. They are refusing to do an even exchange.
My experience with Hisense’s warranty…
My experience with Hisense’s warranty and customer service process has been extremely disappointing. I have complied with every request made by Hisense and have spoken with multiple customer service representatives and specialists, yet I have continually been given the runaround with no meaningful resolution.
On multiple occasions, I was told that someone would follow up within 24–48 business hours, which is already an unreasonable amount of time for basic follow-up on an ongoing warranty issue. Even worse, those promised follow-ups repeatedly never happened, forcing me to call back myself just to get an update.
The repair process has been equally frustrating. The service specialist was largely unresponsive and, after finally coming to my home to repair the TV, discovered only after arriving that Hisense had sent the wrong replacement part. The visit was therefore a complete waste of time, and the issue remained unresolved.
At every stage, I have done what Hisense asked of me, made myself available for service, and patiently waited for promised callbacks. Despite that, I still have a defective TV and no resolution.
A warranty is only as valuable as a company’s willingness to honor it. Based on my experience, Hisense has made the process unnecessarily difficult, time-consuming, and frustrating. At this point, I am simply seeking a full refund and would strongly encourage prospective customers to consider the quality of Hisense’s warranty support when deciding whether to purchase one of its products.
When I purchased this 32"Hisense
When I purchased this 32"Hisense, I had to call the number that came up on the TV to download the apps. I am NOT computer literate . Whoever answered from their company talked me into ( I didn't know it at the time) opening my phone up for her to "help". She got into my banking and scammed us for a considerable AMT of money and when I called Hisense, I was connected to someone that barely spoke English with and unintelligible accent. Nothing the bank could do. PLUS the TV has vertical lines and not even a year old. You decide.3/18/2026.
So I purchased a Hisense 75” TV in June…
So I purchased a Hisense 75” TV in June guess what 2 months later I hear the volume but no picture. They sent a repair guy out with the part but they need another part. Hisense has inconvenient me for almost 3 weeks now instead of just sending me a replacement, instead I have to keep taking off of work and keep waiting on a tech to repair a 2 month old TV. Not happy at all.
As I bought a new Hisense 65 inch
As I bought a new Hisense 65 inch. Started acting up no sooner than I bought it. Thought I was going to really like it. But I was wrong. Would never recommend anyone buying one. Be careful !!
TRASH
If you want, a p.o.s. TV that last 13 months, one month out of warranty in a room that it was barely ever used probably a dozen times at most and then completely quits functioning with a constant USB pop-up then this garbage is for you.
Broken stove 3 months after purchase
I bought a Hisense glass top stove 3 months ago. The heat sense light came on and stayed on. I was in the process of filing a claim with the company and waiting for a response and one night in the middle of the night the glass top shattered. I’m not sure what happened, if it overheated or what. But the company has terrible customer service. They refuse to fix or replace the stove saying it’s not covered under warranty. I literally have owned the stove for 12 weeks. I will never buy or recommend another Hisense product EVER!!!!!!
Hisense Air Conditioner is Junk
I purchased a Hisense 12K INU PAC APP 122 on 7/18/2026. This unit should be able to cool 650 sq ft. I am using it in a bedroom that is 80 sq ft. It is failing to cool this room. The setting is on Cool 61 degrees. It has not even brought the temperature down to 68 degrees. The temperature outside is 85 degrees. This unit is defective. I want my money back. I have been using a Toshiba 8000 BTU unit that cools the room down to 62 degrees in less than a half an hour. The Hisense unit that I bought is a piece of junk.
I purchased two Hisense T.V
I purchased two Hisense T.V. neither last for longing than two years. The picture tube went out on both T.V. months apart; I would never WASTE MY money on Hisense Brand. What a joke!!! TRASH TRASH
BEWARE.BUYER BEWARE — DOCUMENT EVERYTHING IF YOU BUY HISENSE
⭐ BUYER BEWARE — DOCUMENT EVERYTHING IF YOU BUY HISENSE
I normally give a company the opportunity to make something right before leaving a review, but the way Hisense has handled my warranty claim deserves to be documented publicly.
My 75-inch Hisense TV began power cycling — Hisense logo comes on, TV shuts off, restarts, and repeats. I contacted Hisense and opened a warranty claim while the television was still within its 3-year warranty period, which was confirmed during the process.
Here’s where it gets ridiculous.
When I opened the claim, I submitted PHOTOS AND VIDEO showing the television and the actual problem. THE SCREEN WAS NOT CRACKED. HISENSE HAS THAT EVIDENCE.
Hisense proceeded with the claim, ordered a part/system board, and scheduled a technician. Because this is a 75-inch wall-mounted TV, we had to remove it from the wall for service. It then took roughly two weeks for the part and technician appointment.
Now, AFTER all of that, Hisense says the television has an internally damaged LCD and is calling it “accidental/physical damage,” refusing to repair the TV.
Excuse me?
If physical damage caused my original problem, why did the original video show an intact screen while the TV was actively power cycling? Why was the claim accepted? Why was a part ordered? And why can’t Hisense establish that this alleged damage existed when I FIRST reported the failure?
Those are the questions I have asked Hisense to answer.
I have now formally disputed their determination and requested preservation and review of the original videos, photographs, call recordings, case notes, technician report, warranty verification, part order, service records, and claim timeline.
Incident H4393959.
This isn't about me demanding coverage for something I damaged and expecting a manufacturer to pay for it. I reported a malfunctioning television under warranty, provided video evidence of the malfunction and the TV's condition, and Hisense started the repair process.
Now the story has changed.
Consumers spend too much money on these televisions to receive this kind of warranty experience. If you're considering Hisense because of the advertised warranty, I strongly suggest researching how warranty claims are actually handled before making that purchase.
I will update this review publicly if Hisense Executive Customer Relations resolves the matter appropriately.
Until then: BUYER

Hisense is the worst with warranty
Hisense is the worst with warranty. They never fix what you get warranties for. This was our second tv that we have with them and I will never buy another one. I pray they lose business!
Hisense: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE…
Hisense is by far the worst company when it comes to customer service. Their customer service representatives seem to know nothing, provide almost no useful information, and leave you waiting for weeks without any answers.
I sent 4 emails and made 3 phone calls, and I still couldn’t get a proper response. Unless you constantly follow up and insist, they simply won’t get back to you.
Their products may be inexpensive, but they clearly lose money by having such an incompetent and ineffective customer service department. A low price is not worth it when you have to deal with this level of after-sales support.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HISENSE, NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE DISCOUNT IS. This is, without a doubt, one of the worst after-sales customer service experiences I have ever had.
Absolutely ridiculous
I contacted Hisense again to express how frustrated I was with the way this simple return has been handled. After spending time troubleshooting, waiting for promised callbacks, and having to follow up myself, I expected someone to take my concerns seriously. Unfortunately, the response felt like my frustration was being ignored.
I told them that based on this experience, I would not purchase another Hisense product in the future. A $350 air conditioner that fails within weeks should not turn into a long, complicated process just to get a return started. The product failure was frustrating enough, but the customer service experience has been even worse.
I expected better support and a much easier resolution. At this point, I will NEVER recommend or purchace another Hisense product based on both the product reliability and the customer service experience. On top of everything else they told me that my case hasn't even been started yet.
Crap TV
Crap TV, crap customer service, breaks after less than 2 years but out of warranty so nothing they can do. Will never buy a hisense again.
New fridge
I have purchased a brand new fridge made by Hisense at Home Depot (Vissani brand). When plugged in, it never cooled. After long back-and-forth they sent a technician and he said the fridge should be exchanged by Hisense. They are dragging their feet, asking to provide everything multiple times, and questioning me regarding a discount I've received at Home Depot. Now they tell me, they won't replace it, they will cut a check in a couple of weeks. Now I am stuck disposing of a broken fridge and I've lost the Home Depot incentives I used to purchase the fridge in the first place. When you call their corporate office, they have no customer relations department. The receptionist won't transfer the call. Their address is wrong on the BBB site and it says it's close. The whole company is shady. Their products are garbage, their customer service is trash and their warranty is non-existent. Stay away from anything this Chinese company makes, it's junk and they do not share our values of good customer service.
