Top quality product at the best price, easy ordering, delivered as promised.

Ordered item which isn't normally stocked by HiSpek so received call to check I was happy with estimated delivery date. All as explained on website but courteous nevertheless. Also checked why different delivery address which was a sensible security measure. Altogether great service and would be happy to purchase from site again.

Twice, I tried to pay for an item on consecutive days. Both times I was asked to contact HiSpek as there was a problem with the payment and I was asked to speak to my card issuer. I know there was no problem so gave up and ordered from another online retailer and it went through first time.

I ordered an Lec T50082W fridge/freezer on line.It now sits proudly in my kitchen & does it's job perfectly. I would recommend this product to anyone. However, the practise of debiting my account of the full amount when the product was infact out of stock should not be allowed. I ordered the item on the 28th August & my account was debited on the 30th. The item was not delivered until the 10th September. Surely we should not be expected to pay for something this far in advance of receiving the goods.

The ordering process was so easy, the price was extremely competitive and the delivery very quick. We ordered a DVD player for my daughter on the Saturday and it arrived in perfect condition the following Wednesday, much to her delight. I would definately by from Hispek again.

Item delivered fast

It was really easy to order my new vacuum cleaner from Hispek.
Even though there was a slight delay in delivery they kept me informed at all times.
The delivery service was also easy to deal with, changing the delivery day for my convenience.
The vacuum cleaner supplied is the lightest, most efficient machine I have ever used & during several years cleaning for elderly clients, using a wide variety of vacuum cleaners, I have experienced a great many, both good & bad.

The order (for an induction hob) was placed with Hispek on the internet. They kept me informed of it's progress & it was delivered promptly within the time frame given. The hob has been fitted this morning & thus far seems to be doing what it should. All good.

Family recommended getting a Miele. Price was much more than other household brands we have tried. HiSpek narrowed that difference to something acceptable. So we went for it.
Delivered very promptly. I will say it is a lovely piece of equipment, very powerful, easy to use and I can see why I was willing to pay that extra. If you are still thinking about it, talk to someone who has got one!

Spoke to Hi-Spek on 4 occasions,all different staff, everyone totally helpful and polite. Deal with this company with complete confidence!

Not only were Hispek the best value but they delivered overnight on a 2-3 day service. Superb to deal with.

Don't bother paying for express delivery - item arrived the day after I ordered it with standard (free) delivery.

I was looking to replace my integrated fridge freezer and all where around money I did not have. I then found hispek.com, what a bargain. It arrived exactly when they said it would and the two lads unpacked it and brought it in to my kitchen. There service was excellent and so is the fridge freezer.

Got a really good price compared with the high street and a super fast delivery service,delivered next day free ,100% top company.

We had already decided what 3D TV we wanted and originally were going to purchase from one of the big name high strret stores - however the service offered by one branch and the fact that we could only get the Home cinema system for less money if we purchased it from their online store led us to look at other deals and that's when we found hispek.com. Not only did we get the make and model of 3D TV we wanted but also the Home Cinema Kit and delivery still saving over £200 from the high street online deal we were going to buy. The customer service we then got made it even better and a day later the TV and Cinema system arrived - the driver even made sure we were the first delivery so we had more time to unpack and enjoy it!

We'd certainly look to purchase more items from hispek.com and have no hesitation in recommending them and the greta service to others.
