I have already sued this company and…

I have already sued this company and won in court but bc they are then the uk they are protected. But my credit card has also filed charge backs against them which will cost then an extra 5,000 usd on top of the 16,755 that they let a player steal of my my credit card with chime. I have offered many options to fix this issue but they have declined and think they will get away with it. They have had over 3 months to do there internal investigation which on 5/29/2026 they admitted that I NEVER had an account with them and that all 16,755 that was stolen from my credit card was fraud and illegal and unauthorized by me but even with that admission they still refuse to return any money at all willingly. I have a opened a case with the insolvency service who can close this companies license to do business at all they are actively investigating it and have told me that there is a very high possiblity they get closed before the year is out for on going scams they have ran even outside of mine and i found out im not the only person who is having issues just like this. At this point it goes beyond just getting my money back if they cant return my money by 6/12/2026 then i will take all steps and measure to make sure this company is closed and fined and every action is taken against all directors by law that is allowed. This company will let there users rob you with your card info and leave you out to dry with out any help in getting your stolen funds back. They could take my offer but they wont and in the end they will pay 25,000 usd+ instead of just paying me my 16755 usd that was stolen its super sad and ran by people who have no clue how to run a company.
EDIT FROM COMPANY REPLY: i already gave the company over 3 months for this issue have reported in the in game daily since feb 5th 2026 and they have still refused to return even one penny of the stolen 16755 usd that they have agreed thru there in app help that was stolen from me.
Edit from company reply again: yall have already admitted to these being stolen funds via in game guest chat as I have never had an account with y’all. I have already reached out to your lawyer Mr gillspy out of Alabama. They have a final offer to clear this matter up before more agencies get involved. A class action with Mr Watson out of Alabama and many other effect parties from the better business bureau site have all been in touch with me and Mr Watson and we are working on starting a class action along with other action in the uk courts as well as 3 other state level courts. I have a lawyer out of Florida spearheading this class action that will be started by July 7th 2026 this is your last chance to return this FULL amount of 16755 that y’all have stolen from my credit card. This isn’t a debate on if yall stole it as it’s been admitted by your companies reps that the money was taken with out my authorization. Your lawyer has the final offer of release. Y’all also have no responded via in game guest chat in over 2 weeks. Mr William Burns is the main defendant in this new suit and class action since he his your “frontman” for this illegal Chinese ran company that illegally registered in the uk and Denver Colorado and in California. Y’all tried to report my comment as defamation which you were shut down immediately which will also be its own lawsuit for falsely claiming defamation.
