Absolutely amazing place. This is the second car I have purchased from H and M cars. I will not buy anywhere else because their honest, no hard sell and very trustworthy. Nice selection of cars. Ive been looking for a Fabia estatefor a while. They had 3 in stock and there was no pressure from Scott in sales. We had a good poke round all of the cars.
I didn't haggle as I thought the price was very competitive.
When I picked up the car it was immaculately presented.
Would definitely recommend.

Hi I bought a car from this garage whilst under guarantee I took it back as heat fan was not working properly and the fuel flap didn't lock all they did was clean the heater fan solonoid and packed up again about a week later they said they fitted a new silonoid on the fuel flap but still didn't work and they didn't know what it was I've done less than 23000 miles in 18 months and I've had to have a new rear axle and stub axles and discs and pads and calipers and pad carriers with in the first year £850 I've have new front ball joints and discs and pads and steering rack inner rubbers at 16 months £650 now the clutch cylinder has gone in the gear box so new cylinder and clutch about £600+ at 18 months so ive spent about £2100.00+ on this heap of rubbish and all with in doing less than 23000 miles abosoloute bag of shit I bought will never use this garage again or reccomend it to anyone in the future

No pressure sales & answered any questions I had. Car was spotless on the test drive and even more so on collection. Also carried out an oil change.

Took my boyfriend down to buy his first car after he had passed his test. There were lots of options on the forecourt and we chose an Astra. We took it for a test drive and it was in immaculate decision. Once he had decided to purchase it we swiftly completed the paperwork and took it home! Have had no problems and absolutely cannot fault. Will definitely we using again!

This was the best car sales place I have ever visited! Visited HM Car Sales with a view to buying a Corsa yesterday. As requested the car is on the forecourt open, no docs no keys, no one about.
Looked over the car, looks fine we'll have it - but want the engine started and a drive too.
That's where it all went wrong!
Rung them, they won't come out the office to see us, we cant view any documentation (until after we've bought the car!) we cant have the keys (until after we've bought the car!) we cant test drive it.... but they'll "Send us a video of the engine running."
Really?
Their excuse, they cant come out as "that'd be deemed helping us which is against the law (current covid regs)"
Forget it, I'll send them a video of us walking away.
Who buys a second hand car untested without seeing service hx etc? Well not us.
Blame Covid if you want but we drove to another dealer and purchased a car the same afternoon - after test driving it, seeing the documentation and sorting a deal out.
HM Car Sales.... make it hard for yourselves eh? Why not?

Purchased a car from HM Car Sales; the process was professional and friendly from start to finish. Cars are fairly priced and was given a reasonable amount for mine as part-ex.
Aftercare is second to none and team were able to resolve my queries quickly.
