The very helpful staff at the till
The very helpful staff at the till. I didn’t know that postage was free for items over £20.00. I saw some great Super Mario items that my son and grandson would love, and as they live down in England, I shall be using the store for birthdays and certainly for Christmas!👍

Positive experience
I had been looking for a particular dvd and was not having much success. I spoke with one of the staff (Georgia) in the Ayr branch who was extremely helpful. She managed to find the dvd but informed me that the release had been delayed. However, I ordered the item only for it to be further delayed. When I visited the shop I had a positive discussion with the manager who assured me it would be delivered before Christmas, which it was.
All of my interactions with the staff in the Ayr store were very polite, courteous and helpful.
