Checked the boxset was in my local store online and then phoned to reserve it. Got confirmation about an hour later that it was available to collect. Fantastic. Very pleased.

Items were packaged well however the product label was stuck to the box of the funko pops. This is not a huge issue for me as i am not a collector of them but this absolutely could be if you want your boxes in good condition!

I received the wrong item - it was still an army of darkness t shirt but a completely different design and not the one i paid for.

Not happy I was trying to ordered arrirang bts album preordered it when it was announced and payment didn’t work recently even though I have money on my card your not accepting it so I’m giving you 1 star need better customer service 😡

I bought a record online
I bought a record online, but it arrived slightly damaged. It said online I could take it back to a store and change it for another copy, or get a refund. I went to Belfast and tried to change it, but there were no other copies. They said they could not refund me at the store, and I would have to do it online, which I did not want to do. They did allow me to change it to something else though, so all ended well.

Dvd selection excellent
Very helpful staff. Great selection of modern and classic dvd box sets. Ordering out of stock items for collection simple and easy. Worth an occasional visit to browse for bargans and unusual dvd movies / tv series.

No Complaints about HMV
I can't complain about them. Unfortunately they are quite a distance away from me I live in Enniskillen and from there.I hope to visit HMV about April or May.

Tbf I ordered a game and it was their suppler that let them down, Cronos New Dawn PS5.
