Excellent service friendly staff if item isn't available in stock the staff do what they can to get item if it's still available When HMV where in Bangor Co Down i was always ordering something it's very much missed in Bangor.

Went to hmv for the release of the…
Went to hmv for the release of the album I was after but it's release had been set back.
Was able to pay for it and have it delivered to my door at no extra cost. Was kept updated regularly until it arrived. Great service

The whole experience from start to finish was flawless & hassle free , from ordering item in store , to eventually picking item up from store . Was kept in regular contact with regards to item leaving warehouse to arriving in store . Thank you for your excellent service HMV 👍

Items were packaged well however the product label was stuck to the box of the funko pops. This is not a huge issue for me as i am not a collector of them but this absolutely could be if you want your boxes in good condition!

I received the wrong item - it was still an army of darkness t shirt but a completely different design and not the one i paid for.
