They had what I wanted
They had what I wanted. And ordered it for me and it came. They were very polite and helpful.
The store had a good selection of products. I especially like the old show and sit coms choices.
Good experience. at the Birmingham Shop Bull Ring.

1st class customer service.
Dave at Birmingham bullring was a fantastic help! I'd ordered a click and collect due on Christmas eve! Went in at 930, no delivery, Dave took my details & said he'd call me if it came. As I left the shop he chased after me in the bullring 2mins later as they'd had a delivery & my purchase was there, Christmas saved for my nephew 😁

On line order collection
An extremely helpful young man helped me with collection of an F1 calender item ordered on line and delivered to Birmingham Bullring store.
He was just inside the main door. I asked him where I needed to collect the item from as I hadn't visited the store before. He not only took me to the relevant area, found my parcel and checked it out to me, he had very pleasant manner. I am only sorry that I didn't think to make a mental note of his name

Extremely helpful staff member recommended
Extremely helpful staff member helped me to find what I was after( even though the HMV system said it was in store stock it had ran out and helped me to purchase it by going to the counter and buying it through the online system and was delivered 2 days later). Strongly recommend this store and staff member.
