I love going to HMV so friendly if I can't find wat im looking for they go get it for me they ask if im looking for anything else

Shopped at your Blackpool store. I really miss your stores as I like to browse. I like to try new music and have an eclectic taste. I do find random searches online unhelpful and often unsuccessful unless I know what I am looking for. Not a good recipe for broadening my horizons. So it is nice to visit your few remaining stores to indulge my music passion. Your staff in Blackpool were helpful and courteous and also quite knowledgeable. Well done gents.

In-store ordering
Man was very helpful, I didn't know the service for in-store ordering existed, only learnt this as the cd I wanted had sold that day and the staff member informed me can order it in for collection if you like.
Simple process he ordered you pay email address left, received email few days later to call back at store to collect.

Hi i order a re-released Chris rea cd from Blackpool store Xmas eve and it was ready to pick up the day after Boxing Day excellent customer service friendly staff very helpful definitely order again Thank you GARRY

Great staff at this HMV
HMV Blackpool is my local store- I also use HMV online to order predominantly Blu Ray/4K discs.
Just wanted to put in a good word for the staff in the store who are always really helpful and friendly. Picked up a couple of great items in the January sale.

Great experience at Blackpool HMV
Great experience. Friendly and regular staff. Great to see that the faces haven't changed for years which shows they are happy to be there. They represent the brand well. Very efficient, effective and enjoyable customer service. Brilliant experience as always, thank you.

Visited my local store and non of the…
Visited my local store and non of the cds I wanted was in there. I had to order on line and then only six out of the twelve I wanted was available.

We're sorry to hear you weren't able to get all of the items that you wanted between that of your local store and hmv.com. Whilst we're proud to be able to offer our customers a large range of products, we sadly can't guarantee that we'll be able to get everything in and some items do go out of print too.
We do have an online stock checker though, if you're able to find the items there and check the availability of these in any other stores in your nearby area. If you need any help, please contact our customer service team at support.hmv.com with more details of the items you're looking for and they'll be happy to take a look too.
