Always give updates on order delays, excellent packaging for 4K's. Always excellent information with deliveries & timeframes. My go to generally for catalogue 4K titles. Easy to use website & processing orders. Plus using topcash back gives me money back on my purchases. Majority of my purchases are unfortunately online for Topcash back usags. Otherwise my local store. Their customer service was excellent.

Very quick delivery
I ordered 2 films, a DVD & a Blu Ray in the store in Bury on the 8th of August and went to pick them up on the 13th of August. Very quick delivery. I have never had a problem with ordering items from HMV in Bury.

I do love the Bury branch of HMV
I do love the Bury branch of HMV. Ok it could stock more cds and less collectable toys but I guess that reflects the world today. Anyway, the staff are really friendly and that makes it special. The shop itself is clean and looks lovely. I often order at HMV online and pick up at the shop. I find this very convenient.

Last weekend
Last weekend, Saturday 22nd June, I ordered a cd from HMV Bury. It was dispatched that day and was delivered on Monday. This weekend Saturday 28th June, I ordered 2 cd's. Today, Sunday 29th June, i received notification that both cd's have been dispatched. A fast and reliable service.

My order came earlier than I was expecting, so I cannot fault HMV on this occasion, So,credit where credit's due - I gave them a proper slating the last time I used this service! I'm glad I gave them a second chance.

Went to hmv on off chance that the new…
Went to hmv on off chance that the new blu ray fist full of dollars was in store. It wasn't, not to worry. The assistant looked it up online and ordered it for me plus the other two new remakes of the trilogy. Happy days. They really looked after me.

The staff were so helpful and…
The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable when we asked about the album. They sorted everything out and were so helpful giving us different options either to order and have it delivered or to collect from the store when the album was released,
