I had great service and looked straight away for the CD. Jessica offered a home delivery straight away and recommended another CD for delivery as soon as it comes out.

At the Coventry HMV shop the staff are…
At the Coventry HMV shop the staff are the most helpful and understanding because I am a75 year old and not so hot on tec they guide me so I can understand not just that they are very happy to tell me what music is playing in the shop.HMV in Coventry is helpful when I order items I would say some other businesses could lurn from HMV how to treat people thanks again HMV.
