With regard to some pre-orders, we often do not have a confirmed release date from the supplier until closer to the time the item is due to be received by us. When this happens, we do our best to update our customers and get the items dispatched asap.

It is always a delightful experience to make purchases from HMV. Their delivery services, both for home deliveries and click-and-collect options, are highly efficient and reliable. Additionally, their packaging for LPs is exceptionally well-executed, ensuring the utmost protection during transit. Furthermore, their extensive selection of LPs is truly commendable.

HMV staff were amazingly helpful
HMV staff were amazingly helpful, helping me to find several CD's I was interested in purchasing including one not in store but that I could have sent to me at home. Without a CD/record store in Horsham ~ HMV is the only store for miles around to obtain new release CD's 😃
