HMV Purchases.
The experience of visiting the HMV store in Grimsby and puchasing CDs and DVDs in store and also placing an order in store for a separate DVD was excellent. The staff were helpful and polite and once the order was placed for the DVD which was not in stock it was dispatched and arrived instore in Grimsby very quickly. Great job all round! I ordered a CD and I received an email when it had arrived in the shop . As I was in town that same day I was able to pick it up straight away .

Very happy with HMV
I ordered the DVD box set in advance of the release date and ordering was quick and easy.
I got an email to say there had been a delay and I might not get the set on the original date that was stated but then just before the day I received another email to say the DVD would be available to collect on the original day promised.
Excellent service!! Good communication. I'm very happy with HMV.
