Was really good they ordered into store the cd I wanted and were really helpful it arrived very quickly and it was easy to collect from the store when it came in

Better ID checks
Shop staff were helpful when ordering our dvd. Email communication was also good. The only downfall was when I went to collect the dvd I was not asked for any proof of ID or confirmation of our purchase, just handed the dvd going by my surname.

Great staff at Ipswich store.
Always cheerful and helpful staff. Both my daughter and I are into Vinyl. We have purchased several in-store and are good prices.
Staff at the store in Ipswich have a very professional manner.

Very helpful member of staff at the HMV store who tracked down an album I wanted and ensured I got it in good time and delivered to my home! My husband was very happy with his surprise gift!!

Check before you go!
I ordered 2 vinyl to be collected from store in Ipswich.
I collected the items and was assured that both were in the packet.
Stupidly I left and drove 11 miles back home only to realise one was missing.
I returned to the store and was told that the second couldn’t have arrived and was questioned a number of times around my confirmation email which I showed twice.
Eventually the second vinyl was found no where near my other item despite an alphabetical system.
Not overly impressed.
