I went to purchase BTS
I went to purchase BTS - 'ARIRANG' Rooted in Music (HMV Exclusive) album.
I specifically asked the staff if I was purchasing the HMV Exclusive version and she replied "yes"
I come home and open the album to see that it wasn't the HMV Exclusive and I now have a duplicate album.
A non satisfactory experience.

What was ordered arrived on time
What was ordered arrived on time, although the process in store was a bit drawn out as the sales assistant didn't fully understand what could be done for my exchange, initially offering something that didn't help. Importantly this was sorted with some help, and I still prefer an in store experience to keep our shops open.

One of my CDs was scratched up
Brought some CDs from their and one of them was all scratched up like it had been used and when I tried to play it the music just kept on skipping, however I went into one of their stores to show them and they gave me an exchange for the same CD. It was a bit annoying and a hassle I didn’t need, but usually they are very good.

Pre ordered the items in store. Assistant was very good and polite. The order was due to be released on 30th January, and Royal Mail delivered the items on time. Great service from HMV and RM
