HMV always has a great selection of physical media that I still love collecting and I’ve been visiting since my teens!
The service is always helpful and they always make the best effort to find or order what I’m looking for.
The click and collect service is welcome too as that expands the offering and makes for more worthwhile purchases.

HMV deliver on customer service, sometimes informing their customer of delays in delivery etc.. All orders with HMV have been delivered in quality packaging.

HMV is today as it has always been, a physical store to browse the latest music and the back catalogue of past releases. After the demise of Virgin, HMV is my sole retailer left from my youth trading in the music space. Even if they were rude, disinterested and slovenly, I will continue to shop here because I value a physical store and the ability to interact with people. Fortunately for me, the staff are always excellent and very able to meet my needs, so I still get to enjoy good service whilst buying good music.

Really helpful knowledeable staff sorted my order well. The emails advising dispatch and collection from the Leicester High St store and great!

after some really bad experiences with HMV I decided to give it another chance I buy quite a lot of vinyl and CD's and have been using Amazon and other indie stores,so I ordered 4 CD's and was told they were all available and in stock, so when I collected them I found 1 was out of stock/unavailable, these were Birthday presents for me from my partner once again let down badly by HMV, I sometimes wonder how you stay in business with such shoddy service,very much doubt if I will order again so so upset and disapointed

I ordered the product on line this time and collected from store, the staff at Leicester are always welcoming with a smile and always offer to help with anything else. I enjoy visiting the store at least once a week to look at other offers and the experience of looking at the product in hand before purchasing. It’s great to see HMV as one of the stores still open on our high street.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, offering brilliant knowledge of stock. I also greatly appreciated the help I got pre-ordering through the website, as it allowed me to find and purchase a CD album that was otherwise not in stock.

I picked a copy of Buckingham Nicks LP I had pre -ordered from HMVs shop in Leicester. I had been notified by email when it was in and the shop assistant was lovely. But of course the best thing was taking it home and playing the album which was pure bliss.

Always friendly staff, very helpful, and if there's any offers on, they always ask
/Tell you and give information on the offers. When leaving they always say goodbye and enjoy the rest of your day..
