Excellent customer service.
The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable in my local branch, and deliveries via the post are always prompt and well packaged. This review doesn't count for vinyl via the post.
H M V is my store of preference.

This boxset was very easy to order at the shop. Assistant was very helpful and pleasant. I continue to like buying records at good record stores - and HMV Leicester is such a place. Nice atmosphere, great staff. Long may it continue.

I went into store looking for help and knowledge, I found it.
I went into store looking for a film I had been searching for, for alone time but unable to find and with very few staff in other stores knowing the film 'A perfect world '. At hmv the assistant was helpful and knowledgeable and the film was delivered to my house within 3 days. Great movie.

Helpful staff and a great range- flexible ordering a plus!
The staff member in store was helpful and knowledgable, and took the time to help me find what I was looking for when I couldn’t see what I was looking for on the shelf! The options for both what was available and how they could be ordered were explained thoroughly and all ran especially smoothly. The flexibility with ordering to store and to home was a brilliant plus. Delivery was even faster than expected!

I was able to find the two CDs I wanted on the HMV W/site and order them quickly and easily.

Cheaper than Amazon
Only purchased a paperback but it was £5 cheaper than Amazon. Some good deals to be had on vynyls too. Staff were very friendly & efficient.
