Ordered a red hulk online and i got a collection of last summer wine instead in my order and jad to go back into store and first the manager refused to return it and gave me a number to call and sort it with customer service and it was a toy for my son who is autistic and he only wanted his toy and when i said al buy it in store if they have one then he said i can do an exchange but did not give me the option prior to me offering to buy it but it worked out in the end but it was a very long inconvenient process so i will be wary ordering online again

Ordered Foreign Tongues
Ordered a new release a few weeks ago, got an email informing me that it had arrived, went down to the shop and picked it up. No problems plus, as always, the staff were polite and friendly.

Staff at the Luton Branch
The staff were very friendly, well informed about the products that I wanted to purchase. I was able to get exactly the products I wanted. The DVDs I wanted were in stock and I was able to get them delivered to my local store quite quickly. The service was excellent and I have no complaints about the staff at all.

Competitive pricing and sometimes way cheaper than certain on line options!
Old fashioned browsing after on-line pre-ordering new releases to collect from the store... best of both worlds of retail shopping 😂😂.
Prices are on the most part competitive, matched, or, on the odd occasion, cheaper or in a deal compared to on-line options. The best part is being able to check online on the website before going to grab something if in store and enjoy straight away 😎

Whatever I needed the people who are working in HMV couldn’t do enough for me
Whatever I needed, if I couldn’t see it myself, the person behind the counter would come and find it for me and if it wasn’t in the shop they were very helpful in ordering it online
