The H.M.V. store is magical experience.
Your staff are very very helpful and considerate. I am disabled and if I need and help they are more than ready to assist me. I find the whole experience at H.M.V. a great and interesting time.

Really helpful staff at Merry Hill branch.
I purchased a Ltd edition vinyl album from Birmingham branch only to discover it jumped and it wasn’t Ltd edition as I had paid for.
Staff at Merry Hill were so helpful it so much appreciated- thank you.

I came into the store to get compact…
I came into the store to get compact disco of Alex Warren. I asked a member of staff if they had it in the store. No, was the answer, but I had to order it. I did ask if the song Ordinary was on it & he said YES, right in front of my sister. That was why I ordered it. Then when I went to collect it, I took it home. Opened the package & to my dispointment, the song was not on the compact disc. I can not return it as I've opened the package. This is the first time I had this done. Normally the service & customer service is top quality.

As a film collector
As a film collector, they don’t always have all the films I’m after, but they stock the majority, or they’re happy to order it for you! Staff are always friendly & happy to help! It’s the only place left to get new films from the high street!

Brilliant customer service
Served by Aurora at the merry hill store today… she was so helpful, looking to see if an album I’d been asked to look for by my son was in stock, it wasn’t in store but she told me she could order it for me which she did quickly and efficiently…the store was busy and there was quite a queue but she was concentrating on me as a customer rather than other shops who rush you through to get the queue down … brilliant service 👏👏

Superb range of products…
Hmv has such a vast range of products to choose from. The quality of the clothing I purchased were amazing. I purchased during the sale and got some really good bargains. I also buy lots of CD's, blu rays and some vinyl from here. Ordering online is easy and the items arrived very quickly. Items are well packaged. Great company and I always find superb customer service especially at Merry hill store.

Great to have HMV stores back!
It's great to have HMV back and to be able to browse in store. I also like to pre-order new releases from their website and then collect in store. They have a speedy email notification service and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable when you visit. Keep supporting HMV!
