I absolutely love the service every…
I absolutely love the service every time I go to HMV which has been a lot recently. Every time i’ve gone Gordon has helped me and has been amazing each time. Gordon was amazing at helping me find what I want and even looked in the back to find me some different t-shirts which I am so thankful for. Amazing customer service.

Confidence in product and service
When ordering dvds, cd's etc from H.M.V. you can always feel safe and confident in knowing that the product which you receive is of a Brand New Sealed Quality and is guaranteed to play without interruption and that in the rare event that there is a problem it is very easy to return and to exchange. And when ordering the product online you can feel confident in knowing that you will receive the product very promptly and Extremely Well-packaged usually in a cardboard sleeve which goes a long way in preventing any damage during transit together with a great comparison price whats not to like.

Great value but
Record I wanted was £40.00 but with your 3 for £55. I felt I got a good deal getting lou reed and pink flloyd for £15. It's a shame that staff in store weren't more friendly just a simple thing of them been squeezed into a carrier bag that made it impossible to use the handles. What made it worse was me and my daughter were only people at till, So I felt staff had time to serve me with a bit more thought. Instead I went out of store and daughter repacked them. I remember a time when visiting the H.M.V store was an experience itself. It was ashame to watch my teenage daughter walk out uninspired.

Very good service online & in store I totally recommend HMV.
I love my local store because the staff are so friendly & very helpful & you can chat to them about the latest releases, it’s the best shop in the whole of my town

On the 22/11/2023 on the morning I went in to store paid for something and then got a refund however today on checking my bank account you have put the money back in my account but then taken it back out again and can’t get hold of the Middlesbrough store
