I went to the checkout straight away because I did didn’t know where to go, I was told that portable cd players were coming back, they ordered exactly what I wanted and it was in the shop on the day they said it would be.

Great click and collect service even over the Bank Holiday

Didn't have what I wanted so ordered it - really fast and efficient service. I would rather pay extra to keep HMV on the high street than give money to Amazon. Ever.

The easiness of your online ordering, to the effective delivery at my local HMV in Norwich. On arrival I was served by 0831 Chloe who worked efficiently; was friendly and very welcoming . HMV NORWICH held a listening party last 20th of March for the release of BTS’s 5th album, ARIRANG. I was so thrilled and happy that they did! The shop have all the different albums and vinyl versions, plus HMV exclusives of which I went to buy a couple more albums (aside from what I have preordered online). They distributed posters, ballers and stickers which are all ARIRANG themed. They played the album once they opened the shop at 9am which hyped up Armys who lined up outside the shop! Thank you HMV NORWICH! Your staff were all very friendly, accommodating and helpful! Looking forward to tye next BTS event!
