I still like buying records and my local hmv have a good choice and if they haven't got what I want I can order and pick it up from there.

Great store
Went into hmv today looking for a particular dvd, I ask one of the members of staff, Jayne from Nuneaton store for her help and she was lovely, she helped me find what I wanted, was very polite and friendly. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

The joy of interacting with a human being rather than the god damn internet.
Not much to tell. I ordered a CD in store, waited several days for it come in, then I came and picked it up… What more could a person ask for 👍

NUNEATON HMV 10/10
The lady who served me was polite and listened to me carefully .. As a result of this she was able to quickly and carefully offer me a list of films I was searching for ..I was dealt with courtesy and with true professionalism. I enjoyed the time spent in store and ordered two films. My films arrived in store at pace .. impressed and will return soon .. Ty .. Mr Towers
