This was a DVD that the in-store staff…
This was a DVD that the in-store staff said was coming out on 12 December. I was slightly worried as it was to form part of a CHristmas present. I needn't have worried. I pre-ordered it to be delivered to my home address and it arrived within a day or two of its release. Good, reliable service. Thank you.

My daughters love Naruto and nothing beats the old dvd! No adverts, no data collected and no downloads needed, thank you hmv for making our lives so easy and fuss-free in this crazy age! Great delivery, perfectly packaged and ready for gifting.

Only one person at till. Who appeared to be doing both purchases as well as enquiries / Customer Services. 4 people including me waiting
Could not see many staff around. Tho appreciate probably significantly low due to festive period.
Store whilst clean appeared rather messy / untidy. Which it usually isn't.
Tho I fully appreciate low staff and exceptionally high customer foot fall

Easy to order item online and it was lower in price than elsewhere as pre-ordered. Arrived in store in good time ready for collection and no issues upon collection with friendly staff.
