Amazing Service.
I was looking for a specific CD of Songs from the Wars as I am organising a VE/VJ Day party. The young lady at the store in Solihull, Claire, was so helpful. She knew exactly what I was after and went on line to find suitable CD's for me. She pulled up on in particular which was exactly what I was looking for. Not being in stock she ordered it for me to be despatched to my home addre. Brilliant.

Shop collection
I ordered 2 SG1 funko pops from HMV in Solihull before Christmas. I was informed that the first one had arrived. The lady was most helpful, she looked to see when the next one could be due.

Amazing store staff
Went into one of the stores to purchase a particular film but they did not have it. The staff member offered to order it in and have it delivered to the store - exceptional customer service

Disappointing This Time
Ordered on line at a good price and then nothing. Went into store for click and collect and nothing! Waited for email and was told item dispatched and then nothing. Contacted hmv and was told it was being looked into. Then was told item had arrived at store but to date no email from store as promised!

I received very good customer service…
I received very good customer service from HMV in Solihull. I was bought an album that I already had. So I went in to see what my options are. The assistant was really helpful. I was able to exchange it for another album I wanted. This had to be ordered but delivery didn't take long.

Exactly what I wanted.
I had previously ordered a CD for store collection and was greeted by the same member of staff on both occasions. I was treated like a valued customer with helpful information and friendly chatter which I enjoy.
Good staff over AI anyday!
