Best of both worlds!
I bought on line from the HMV Store and then collected in the local store. This way I got what I specifically wanted plus the excuse to browse in person (and but some more things!).

The person couldn't get my name right or the rest of my details right.😒 Plus I'm bringing back my purchase as my partner already bought me a helmet before my purchase arrived. So after 21 days it'.
Didn't like the service and getting my name wrong all the time Didn't help that's it basically.

In store ordering a DVD
Ordered a dvd in store as it wasn’t on the shelf. Cheaper than Amazon and available for pick up within a couple of days, would use again.
