God store, great staff
Staines is a great store, it has a good level of stock to browse and the staff are always really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Always a pleasant experience shopping at both Staines and Woking stores, even if I can't find what im looking for.
Online shopping is also a good experience.

I have bought a few CD's from them
I have bought a few CD's from them. Most recently I went into the shop to purchase some CD's but they weren't in stock. The man serving said that he would see if he could order them and get them delivered to the store. He searched and 2 of them were on offer. He was very helpful. I wouldn't have known about the offer if he hadn't of said about it so I'm very grateful ☺️
