Collection Process
I ordered the item on line requesting a collection at Uxbridge.When I had the email saying it was there I went to collect it and the process could not have been simpler. I would definitely use this store again.

Locating an old film on DVD and excellent service.
Was able to order a dvd that I couldn’t find in store and the staff member located it and arranged for it to be posted to my address.
Received very quickly too
